• Maintaining Well Profile, Analyzing torque and drag, Mud conditioning, Bit grading & drilling parameters.• Designing BHA & Well plan, Strap out various tubular.• Performing Hydraulics prior to picking up Directional BHA.• Ensuring the data efficiency for the customer on time to time.• Work to fulfill the goals of my employer and client.• Making HSE as on priority basis.• MWD Experience as an advantage.

• Building tools required to make drilling and formation evaluation measurements and for transmitting information to the surface while drilling the well.• operational knowledge of drill well, sai, tru vu, winserve, hydraulics software• Reading and interpreting formation well logs, directional survey information and other well site data • Maintaining a computer database for ongoing jobs, daily reporting and end-of-well reports• Field service and maintenance of MWD tool and Equipment• Bend setting of mud motor according to the BHA decided by directional driller.

• Developing and nuture strong media relationships to maximize the opportunities • Get to know the players in markets customers, sales supervisors, and service advisors.• Monitor effectiveness of performance.• Maximize sponsorship opportunities and give added credibility to marketing and promotional campaigns.• Use of local, regional and national events such as sports.• Understand the target market of potential consumers.• The value of research , market players participation, growth rate, statistics , different positioning • Be proactive- sponsoring the traffic awareness with creative ideas.
