• Formation and implementation of the operational excellence programs across the organization level.• Facilitate the strategy deployment process / Hoshin Kanri efficiently and effectively, towards the organizational goals and objectives.• Facilitate Management, site head and department head in defining key measures of respective operations.• Prepares and conducts training programs in lean management (lean basic,5’s, SMED,7 types of waste, etc.…) TPM and quality.• Train, coach and facilitate lean six sigma for enhancing the skills and capabilities of the functional team in terms of continuous improvement and problem-solving. • Statistical data analysis using Minitab to interpret the existing process conditions and deviation to TOP management.• Coordinate with all sites for continuous improvement activities.• Facilitate quality team in customer audits and third-party audits.• Conduct time and motion study as per industrial engineering principles to verify workloads and opportunities.• Informs site management and global lean champion about the status and progress of the lean management efforts and activities on all sites.• conceptualize and manage various cross-functional business initiatives in project mode with the use of analytical techniques.• Support, coach and train the SAP team in designing MIS reports.• Standardized and streamline the MIS report across the organization level.• Facilitate all department heads to enhance the skill level of their team through a skill evaluation matrix system.

• Support to Site TQM Manager in conducting the annual planning cycle with goal setting and deployment of daily work management.• Train, coach and facilitate the problem-solving process PSP (Lean Six Sigma) For enhancing the skill and capabilities of the functional team in terms of continuous improvement and problem-solving.• Keep the Integrated Management system (IMS) up to date with Management review and audit Management.• Maintain process control through process risk analysis and capability analysis.• Manges projects and events such as continuous improvements, PSP certification from Corporate, the 5S auditing process and its observations and kaizen events.• Statistical Data Analysis using Minitab to Interpret the existing process conditions & deviations to The Top Management.• Direct and facilitate TQM initiative for setting improvement culture on the Shop Floor, which includes: 5S, Quality circle, A3 Problem solving, Gemba Visit, Model machine by autonomous maintenance, Kaizen, OPL etc.• Preparing training modules on quality & Continuous improvement concepts & methods.• Facilitating and preparing the unit’s presentations for Continuous Improvement theme Conventions.

• Ensure the timely delivery of project results that meet or exceed agreed-upon metrics or goals.• Act as a key driver for change within the business units aligned to supporting project execution and toll-gating and helping them to learn, understand, adjust, and grow with the business lean six sigma transformation.• Conduct in-depth analysis (when required), including data collection, data analysis, and synthesis of data to generate key insights for projects or Lean Deployment.• Train & coach on QMS Systems & audits, QMS clause interpretation, Lean philosophy, root cause & problem-solving tools. • Coordinate with all departments for continuous improvement activities plan.• Responsible for writing procedures that document changes resulting from lean initiatives to ensure effective implementation and sustaining efforts.• Drafting documented information & procedures of production, quality, store, HR, and Marketing departments as per the ISO international standard requirements.• Carry out time and motion studies to support productivity improvements.

• Work closely with the plant lean manager to sustain Lean culture in the value stream alignment with lean vision & strategy.• Identifies and prioritizes process optimization and Lean Principles application by current state evaluation and defines the Lean steering committee strategy for future state definition.• Inculcate Lean awareness amongst employees through targeted training programs.• Coordinate with all departments for continuous improvement activities plan.• Responsible for writing procedures that document changes resulting from lean initiatives to ensure effective implementation and sustaining efforts.• Manges projects and events such as continuous improvements, Lean certification from Philips Academy, the 5S auditing process and its observations and kaizen events.• Carry out time and motion studies to support productivity improvements.
