The reason I initially became an HR professional is because I had a vision of how to impact people, and make your organization a better places to work. I did not envision a career consumed by administration that replaces time spent on engaging employees and making them excited to come to work. As an Employee Experience professional I can achieve that initial vision and become a key driver with a seat at the executive table.
