• Handle construction Activities like Excavation, Foundation, PCC, RCC shuttering, steel Calculations, concrete quantities, & estimations, billings. Up to completion• To inspect and analyze the proposed construction project• Co-ordination during Site execution, inspect and monitor quality workmanship to ensure the work execution complies with contract and tender specifications while adhering to OH & S standards• Independently following the design engineers of structure updated drawings for minor changes, as per site requirement needed and Inspection before casting columns slabs etc.• Oversee construction activities, making requisition and facilitating the arrangement procurement of construction materials execution of civil, interior and exterior ground finish works• Develop new business by cultivating relationships of trust and confidence with clients• Liaise with client representatives, other professionals within design teams and contractors’ representatives during construction
