Patient Administrative Associate
Current-Serve as the primary key administrative liaison, efficiently managing high-level scheduling and confidential information for senior management while coordinating communication between internal and external stakeholders.-Demonstrate exceptional time management and problem-solving skills by multitasking across phone calls, emails, and patient registrations within strict deadlines, while maintaining high degree of professionalism.-Supervise and document meetings focused on unit operations, budget management, staffing process/ practice improvements in aliance to health policies-Train new hires by developing comprehensive training materials and programs, including providing senior management with performance progress reviews-Maintain an organized electronic filing system for highly confidential documents, timecard approvals/ adjustments and excel in software applications including KRONOS ESP, UKG Dimensions, and Microsoft Office Suite.
