I own a small company that was founded in 2019 and has grown on social media platforms. This position allows me to work with other businesses and brands. This is a company I am continuing to grow. I have just completed a charity calendar, produced through my business. We sold a large number and I created 24 new recipes that I have added to the product. All profits were donated to charity. I am currently working on making a cook book to be produced by christmas 2021.

Developing new recipes allows me to be creative with flavours, having been surrounded by food in the hospitality industry for 8 years I have a good basis of knowledge. I worked as a Resort Rep in Avoriaz looking after two Chalets and up to 5 hotels. My responsibilities included:Taking guests to and from Geneva airport and Avoriaz.Selling ski passes, ski hire and snow activities for the week.Ensuring guests were happy in their accommodation and with their holidays.Ensuring there were no issues with the chalet hosts and the guests.Building a strong relationship with guests each week, making sure they felt comfortable.

My responsibilities were to ensure that the 10 guests I was looking after each week were looked after to an exceptional standard. I would cook a hot breakfast accompanied by a continental. Prepare an afternoon tea along with a different cake each day. Clean bedrooms and clear snow. Cook a three course meal in the evenings. Cook a 10 course meal on Christmas day and New Years Eve/ Day. Deep clean the whole chalet each week ready for new guests to arrive.
