My responsibilities include:Talent Development: Identifying, nurturing, and promoting young cricketing talent from across Chhattisgarh. We aim to provide a platform for budding cricketers to achieve their dreams and reach national and international stages.Strategic Management: Managing and overseeing all cricket-related activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of leagues, tournaments, and developmental programs.League Management: Proudly managing the Chhattisgarh Cricket Premier League (CCPL), the first-ever professional league organized by CSCS.
