Hi, I am A. Hariharan with a successful career in Supply Chain Management so far. I have always been interested in how the supply chain works so pursued my career and I joined TVS Rubber as a Junior Manager and after that I did an Executive MBA from Manipal University able to work as team lead in Ford Global Procurment, presently working with Isuzu Motors India Private Limited as Deputy Manager. Since then I have been working for the company within their supply chain and production planning department trading with the most excellent and effective solutions of ensuring goods come in and out. Being in Supply Chain, I have always made sure that materials reach the right place and in right time. As such, I am also keen on determining the cost effectiveness of goods and stock.I have always enjoyed working in this area and most of all working to ensure that the supply chain is effective both in terms of commerce processes and cost, I possess an excellent ability to manage supply chain logistics. My familiarity with enterprise resource planning and negotiating sensible contracts are some that I am confident of. Moreover, as a highly motivated and detail oriented individual, I can lead effectively in a multicultural environment.My journey in the industry has also given me the privilege to share certain responsibilities in New Line of businesses rollouts and its requirements like infrastructure, resources & assets. Of all the responsibilities that I have undertaken, I also possess managerial abilities to work with a team and train the employees. On personal front, I am a very amicable person who likes to connect with people. Apart from this in my leisure time I like to read books and listen to music.
