• Covid-mask based facial detection and recognition system using deep learning– Developed a covid-mask invariant facial detection and recognition system using 100,000 masked face images taken from the internet in an uncontrolled scenario.– Utilized different types of Convolutional networks like FaceNet, Arcface and modified it to make them mask invariant.– Achieved a performance of 86% accuracy for real world facial data in application run-time.• Deep learning for intra-tumor heterogeneity identification, classification and progress monitoring based on high dimensional metabolic data provided by Nanyang Technological University (NTU).– Used unsupervised machine learning algorithm 3D-Unet to identify and isolate the tumor regions in the liver data obtained from the cancer patients.– Deep Embedded clustering (DEC) model for clustering tumor sub-groups based on the concentration of metabolites and finding the most relevant metabolite combinations for future therapy– Tools used: python
