Reporting to General Manager and with a team of 5 direct reports, the position demanded high organizational and managerial skills with strong capability to work under pressure. Financial Planning: Prepare Budgets for Annual Operating Plans and long range Strategic Plans. Analyze Actuals & Budgets and take corrective action to cut down the Variances. Analysis includes Periodic checks like Monthly outlooks, First Quarter reviews as well as Non-Periodic analyses. Operational Accounting: Manage and control the financial activities of the Business Entities. Aid the Sales managers to make good business decisions based on data. Apply the Financial and operational control activities to drive changes to eliminate complexity and improve the profitability of the company. Ensure compliance with required internal Accounting Systems & Controls.
