- Responsible for offering solutions that meet client's business objectives in Hardware, Software, Managed Infrastructure Services, Datacenter Hosting Services, Cloud Services, Disaster Recovery Services, and Managed Network.- Responsible for understanding Customer Key Business requirements and scoping high-level Solution Concepts, working closely with Partners including third-party subcontractors, onshore/offshore systems integrators and outsourcing services. - Responsible for establishing and developing Customer Relationships, Account Strategies and managing a pipeline of opportunities while overseeing solution deployment and support with the delivery teams.- Work closely with Global teams and clients at Director and CxO levels of the organization. In addition, actively participate in account strategy and planning sessions with local teams in order to deliver regular sales forecasts and customer feedback on trends, opportunities, and challenges in order to benchmark and forecast our business.- Build and manage a million dollar pipeline of strategic services opportunities and work on developing a sales strategy, presenting offerings and closing engagements.

• Acting Team Lead, directly reporting to Executive Director and Business Head of Farming and Hunting Verticals while managing a competent team of executives from across the globe to render exceptional project management of Etisalat's Channel Partnership across UAE. Direct holistic revenue generation functions and activities within the base of AED 240 million. Lead evolving challenges of transformation by furnishing revenue stream from mobility to digital business. Devise and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue goals.• Spearheaded the Channel Partnership through the initial setup phase and played more than significant role in positioning the Company as the TOP ICT Partner among the Corporate Rivals on multiple occasions throughout the years.• Project Manager of RTA On-Street Parking/Parking Guidance Sensors/Automated Fare Collection Solutions: In collaboration with Energy International, provided the complete ICT infrastructure to one of the most advanced projects in Dubai to digitize over 15,000 RTA Parking Ticketing Systems before 2020.• Portfolio Management and Relationship Business Strategies.• Act as primary contact between Etisalat and key 'high revenue' accounts.• Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.• Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.

• Risk Evaluation, analyzing risks, identifying and estimating the risk affecting the business.• Research and Analysis on underwriting aspects.• Quality Check on the Strategic Formulation and Addressing client issues.• Overlooking insurance policy claims, premiums etc.• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Solicitors.• Various report structuring – MOM, feedback documentation etc.
