Pedals and Hand Controls Packaging: Designed considering the reach zones and operational clearances. ii. Visibility Analysis: Ensured optimal visibility of the front, side, rear, instrument cluster, rear-view mirrors, and cockpit components.iii. Ingress and Egress Analyses: Checked for adequate head, shoulder, knee, and calf clearances and ensured comfortable body postures during ingress and egress. iv. Closures: Worked on the design and ergonomics of doors, hoods, air deflectors, and skirt panels. v. Handle Access Studies: Conducted studies on the accessibility of interior and exterior door handles and grab handles. vi. Utility Spaces Design: Designed practical and accessible utility spaces including bottle holders, cup holders, and mobile chargers. vii. Roominess Studies: Conducted studies to improve driver and occupant shoulder room, hip room, headroom, kneeroom, and leg and foot space.Proficiency in Autodesk VRED: Conducting cab interior light simulations and performing display reflection and glare studies under day/night conditions.Competitor Vehicles Analysis: Conducted comprehensive analyses of competitor vehicles like DAF (XD, XG) , Scania, IVECO.
