Responsible for HVAC calculations and system design Including Heating/Cooling load estimation of various public, residential, commercial buildings, and Health care facilities.• Cooling loads estimation, ESP, and MEW calculation.• Calculation of duct sizes and selection of HVAC equipment, diffusers for multistoried building systems. • Preparing smoke Calculations and drawings based on KFD regulations for KFD approval.• Design of schematic, Equipment detail, and operation control system.• Preparation of Tender documents and BOQs.• Chilled water pipe design with complete valve and fittings and pump head calculation, selection of chilled water pumps.• Detailed coordination and liaison with Clients, Architects, Project managers & other building services disciplines.• Develop Building Information Model (BIM) for the MEP services and present the coordinated model to the consultant
