I supported the full recruiting lifecycle, including conducting outreach and screening interviews with pre-qualified candidates, coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, serving as the first point of contact for walk-in applicants and assessing their qualifications, and maintaining accurate records in the company's HRIS system. This internship provided me with hands-on experience in core talent acquisition functions, allowing me to develop skills in candidate engagement, applicant tracking, and HR data management.
