 Responsible for systems analysis, integration design and development, testing, implementation and maintaining applications in Workday and other data integration applications and platforms. Design and build integrations between Workday and various internal and external systems using Workday technologies including Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors and PECI. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of integrations Build complex advanced, matrix, trending reports and dashboards using Report Writer. Use agile methodologies, determines business requirements, translates them into user stories and tracks them through the complete development and/or change life-cycle. Support existing integrations and functionality by monitoring and serving as the point of contact for business teams to resolve errors. Maintain Benefit and Payroll interface integrations and reports. Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure the seamless transfer of data within our systems. Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Financial Management functional areas, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Develop and test new inbound and outbound integrations in Workday Studio, core connector and EIBs. Support and improve Workday integrations to ensure there built for scale.
