Currently working as a Director in the Local Government Practice and leading on public sector procurement and supply chain work at KPMG. I oversee our client engagements with a particular focus on social care, commercial & procurement, and council wide transformation work with local authorities. I have substantial sector experience from previously working in local government for 13 years in senior commissioning, contracting and procurement roles. With significant experience of leading on the development of strategy/policy and large scale service transformation through the commissioning and remodelling of health, social care and housing services for vulnerable people.
