The shipper provides the Verified Gross Mass (VGM) of the loadedcontainer to the operations team to ensure compliance with maritime safetyregulations.The export operation team oversees the final shipment stages, verifying haulierport check-in with necessary documentation, handling customs clearance, andmonitoring container loading onto the vessel. The documentation team issues a Billof Lading (B/L), acknowledging receipt of goods and detailing the shipment andconsignee information.
