With 5 Years 4 Months of experience, I am, responsible for managing bought out parts data for the entire EMEA region. My duties include creating part numbers, managing bills of materials (BOM) for connectors and wiring harnesses, managing engineering changes(ECN) and releases(ECR), creating internal drawings for bought out parts from suppliers.I assign tasks to regional standardization engineers via AST portal, ensuring they are completed based on availability and priorities to avoid any line stoppage in EMEA plants.I provide ideas for internal tool customization and automated processes to avoid human errors in day-to-day activities, while maintaining EMEA data quality and creating EDCC reports for EMEA plants.As a design engineer, I identify one-to-one replacements for existing supplier products used in wiring harnesses with our own products.
