CurrentVerisign is the domain name registry for some of the world’s most trusted and reliable top-level domains like .com and .net. Verisign has managed this critical internet infrastructure for COM and NET TLDs for 25 years with 100 percent uptime and availability. Hari currently manages highly available application devilry and security tools infrastructure and is responsible for enterprise applications like GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, Artifactory, and NexusIQ. He also was a senior development manager of COM/NET registry development. Hari directed teams to implement resilient applications and batches that process domain name registrations using EPP (Extensible Provisioning Protocol). He modernized the architecture of monitoring and management platforms, making them resilient, highly available, and customer-centric for faster operational responsiveness. He managed a team to upgrade the billing, data escrow, and reporting infrastructures by extending/migrating existing Oracle and Golden Gate based architectures to Hadoop/BigData solutions. Hari also manages a wide range of on-demand and recurring organizational programs. He currently directs the engineering intern program with collaboration from recruiters, interns, hiring managers, VPs, and business leaders across Verisign. Hari developed strategies, managed road maps, and co-formulated objectives and critical milestones along with VPs. Hari regularly attends campus recruitment events, fostering relationships with various schools like UVA, VT, UMD-CP, and GMU. He conducts onsite interviews, hackathons, and other events to attract and hire the best talent. In addition, he supports various other programs like new-hire onboarding, divestiture employee support, security tools, and open source scanners evaluation, rolling over Virtual Desktop Infrastructures and engineering wide mac laptop re-paving, etc.,
