Responsible for managing and coordinating the “Men for Gender Justice” Program in Delhi ,Jaipur and Kalkata Urban Slum area. • Documentation of the program progress at regular intervals to the Chief Operating Officer • Designing and developing the implementation plan for the ‘perspective building training of adolescent and Young boys groups on Gender, Masculinity, and Sexual Health’ of encouraging change in individuals• Developing a budget and Annual action plan for the Program • Proactively monitoring of progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action • Participate in the Adolescent and Young boys groups meeting and activities in the field and guide as required. • Develop evaluating findings, training reports, and program plans; recommended changes to enhance the program. • Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. • Develop a proposal for fundraising to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of Service under the guidance of the Chief Operating Officer.

Working on Maternal and Child Health nutrition through community intervention Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approach under the Rajpusth Program in partnership with IPE global in Udaipur District.Following were the major responsibilities : Responsible for managing and coordinating the project “Rajpusht - Matra Poshan Suraksha Yojana” in Udaipur District to reduce low birth weight and wasting through Community Intervention Participatory Learning & Action(PLA) approach intervention of Ekjut as a technical support agency with the implementing partner IPE Global with the support of CIFF• Designed & facilitated the training program for Primary Health supervisors of National Health Mission’s and Block level team of IPE on Participatory Learning and Action focused on maternal and child health nutrition• Provided monitoring and facilitating support in developing a Master Trainers (MT) pool to implement the training program• Provided regular feedback on bottlenecks to IPE Global team and government officials by regular field visits• Provided supportive supervision to master trainers during the training of ASHA’s at the block level• Facilitated the orientation of the block NHM health official team • Strategized planning and Liaison with medical and health officials at district and block level to implement a program
