The company is manufacturing for fresh fruit ripening (especially for banana and pineapple), include distribution process and plantation and agricultural products for packaging and re-handling in storage and chilling process.My last position is as SCM (Supply Chain Management) Manager for east-region (East Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, Bali and Kalimantan)Details of responsibility are as follows:1. Responsible for demand controlling (forecasting) to analyze the products and materials to fit with vendor capacity and capability to supply the goods demand2. Plan and analyze all compliance of goods and reschedule for the next process for ripening and chilling process, include QC and delivery process3. Coordinate with maintenance and engineering department to maintain all of the chiller machine and defrost process for every machine4. Control and analyze of logistic and delivery management, coordinate with other division for distribution process and procedures5. Analyze the deployment and distribution network, vendor managed for transportation and shipment and cost saving process6. Coordinate with plantation for supply demand and quality for improvement and development products7. Coordinate with sales and marketing department to compliance of customer demand for selling plan8. Determine and optimize some kinds of service level or quality of service for customer, according to the SOP (Standard Operation and Procedure) system for fast response and consider it with production capacity and all budgeting for all supply chain process9. Maintain, control and supervise KPI assessment and EPMS (Employee Performance Management System) assessment in Supply Chain Department in east region10. Analyze and plan company budget for supply chain process, especially for east region, include CapEx (Capital Expenditure) and OpEx (Operational Expenditure)11. Direct report to BoD (Board of Director) for management and operational issues in east region branch
