Managed the implementation of system changes and business controls that enable better business processes and reduced errors.Led Technology PMs within the SuperStream program providing governance on all technology initiatives within the program which has strong focus on timely compliance to SuperStream legislation. Managed design and development across 8 different technology platforms used to manage superannuation products within NAB Wealth, implementing technology solution for eRollovers and eContributions legislation, Compliance Obligations reporting solution and MCS reporting solution. Successfully managed various technology teams in software development and testing, infrastructure upgrade and architecture and well executed a data migration project that migrated superannuation accounts and related data from a legacy platform to the strategic platform of MLC.
