Senior Product Development Manager
Current• Support the Technical Director in framing technical decisions, providing leadership & direction in the areas of technology and product development to facilitate and enable growth and business agility. • Lead, mentor and support the application development/services teams from a technology perspective • Lend expertise to improve applications and systems and performance by educating the team with all the latest technological changes and research. • Contribute to hiring and training professionals and other team members. • Individually contribute to project management and share responsibilities in delivery partnering with the Technical Director, Principal Architect, Program Director and Director • Collaborate and support Development and QA teams during releases and implementation projects to maximize production availability and reduce downtime • Manage change in requirements (scope change), provide estimate/release plan. • Track and implement new opportunities to improve the existing systems and methods of training and technical troubleshooting • Provide technical director to product/project team members when they need help during the development/testing/support stages of any project.
