DW Developer and Subject Area Expert:Project Expertise included but not limited to: Experimental Learning (ExL), Customer Targeting Engine (CTE), Onsite/Email Marketing.• Lead numerous projects throughout the SDLC, involving global cross functional resources. • Was involved in cross-team documentation reviews to identify bottlenecks and to ensure integrated roll out.• Developed structured summary tables and automated process to pull over 100 metrics from raw unstructured web analytics data which had close to 13 months of clickstream data for online experimentation.• Worked closely with statisticians to understand the confidence level of the online experiments and test results based on percentage lift of test vs. control and to determine Overall Evaluation Criterion (OEC). • Technical subject matter expert for the experimentation/onsite marketing datamarts to provide support and governance for each of the tables within them. • Worked with OPS teams to get the required space approved for each of the projects & for continuous process improvements.
