About Myself.As a seasoned banking and technology professional, I have been working closely with CIO’s and CTO’s who are looking to drive unique transformation agendas. The agendas have varied from strategic cost savings to full blown Pan Bank IT transformation programs. By combining my domain expertise with a deep hands-on understanding of the relevant technology enablers, I have been able to come up tailored "winning" solutions.My core strength lies in delivery execution without losing focus on the Big Picture. I have donned multiple hats in delivery across four core-banking implementations and have played key leadership roles in two banking transformation programs. The delivery of the most complex program included the entire breadth of technology across all business segments (retail, corporate, trade, treasury, risk, analytics, security, middleware integration and digital). The complexity of the technology delivery was compounded by the quantum of change to internal stakeholders and customers. Strong program management, integrated change management and constant business community interlock were some of the strategies deployed to overcome these challenges and ensure program success.I am visibly energized by the cycle of dissecting client problems, providing innovative solutions, having a contented customer and securing new business. I usually find myself getting drawn into opportunities that help sustain this invigorating cycle.I also derive small pleasures out of setting structures, improving processes and am forever in search of smarter ways of doing things. I enjoy the entire process of ideation and seeing how these can bear fruition. Birds of the same feather flock together and I am found building and nurturing individuals with this philosophy.
