My early life experience of my mother’s palliative care ignited in me, a desire to contribute, equip and empower people facing personal challenges. Being uniquely positioned to offer my love as a caregiver to my father and others in the family over the years has only reinforced the hankering. The work I do as an ICF certified Life Coach is part of this journey. My practice combines solution-focussed modern coaching techniques with scientifically backed energy psychology and holistic healing practices like EFT and meditation. I now specialise in the genres of Grief Coaching, CareGiver Coaching and Relationship Coaching, mostly. I also consult and assist companies who have outsourced their HR requirements. The scope of my work with them involves providing counsel to senior management/ team leads/ employees on day to day professional, interpersonal and personal issues as well as managing L&D requirements. In addition, (😅) drawing motivation and learning from personal experiences, I passionately work to support women getting back to work after sabbaticals and mentor young girls for better academic and work opportunities.I’m SQA and NABET certified as a Human Skills facilitator, a Business Management Postgraduate with a Marketing Specialisation from IMI and an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, with almost 2 decades of experience in People Management. Over the years I have partnered with various social and professional platforms to support the youth, the socially challenged, the elderly and the critically ill. I love to spend time in nature and travel to quaint, quiet places on roads less travelled.
