Also, created a trend analysis process to graphically represent the performance of jobs or CICS transaction over the last 3 monthso Developed a process to capture DB2 Stored Procedure abends taking place in WLM environments but not getting captured in IBM Fault Analyzer. Before this process was developed, these abends were going unnoticed as there was no process to create incident tickets. Once the process was developed, we started notifying application support groups with relevant details along with proposed fixo Developed standard checker scripts for ensuring that the jobs used in non-Prod data refresh process followed all the standards that had been laid out. The standard checker tool had 2 variants, viz. library scanner & in-line JCL checkero Developed REXX script for capturing per minute MSU (million service units) from IBM RMF facility. This data is then married with business metrics to understand how busy the system was at various times, which LPAR was consuming more CPU, which process was consuming the most CPU, etc.o Developed REXX scripts for predecessor-successor analysis based on TWS data for mapping out the critical path.
