I am a retired Audit partner of Price Waterhouse where I worked for more than 3 decades. My role in the Firm was to solve the complex problems of Clients, Firm and People .I am  skilled in servicing and managing clients  across industries as a Senior Relationship Partner and related teams,  People development, profitable growth, Mentorship, training, Leadership, Public speaking, Panelist, Corporate Law, Board Governance, Risk & Quality, Regulatory, Auditing and  Accounting  .I have built  Strong relationships with network of professionals working both  in industry  and in practice. I have been a Central Council Member & chairman of various Committees/Board of ICAI and am a member of various professional Global and Local Committees/Forums of IFAC, MCA, FICCI & CII. I am the founder member and past President of Alumni association of the premier college of the Delhi University as part of my Volunteering initiative. I am also advisor NGOs. dealing with rural education, social and professional development  I am passionate about strengthening the Corporate Governance Processes in various areas such as Audit Committee, Compliance of Laws and Regulations, Internal Audit, Finance, operations. internal controls, investigations etc. I am a Fellow Chartered Accountant, post graduate Diploma in Management Studies and have done training /certifications in the areas of Directors, CSR, BRSR, Social Audit, Transformation in People, Business & Digital etc.I am also Fellow member of Institute of Directors (F.IOD) and member of other global Governance networks.
