The campaign was a success, generating a 25% increase in website traffic and a 15% increase in lead generation within the first month. In charge of supervising a team of 30 brand representatives to ensure the successful implementation of an experience marketing campaign in 18 distinct retail locations. A large high-end retail brand, one of our clients, was launching a new product and had set an aggressive target of generating attention and driving more sales. I collaborated closely with the client to create a complete event strategy that combined brand activations and immersive experiences. I oversaw a huge team to guarantee that each activation was executed flawlessly, from logistics to staffing and on-site management.
