I designed, built and maintained a WordPress marketing website for Central Park Specialist Centre (https://malvernheartcentre.com.au), which is a heart specialist centre in Melbourne, Australia. I started by gathering the client’s requirements on what type of website, functionality and design they wanted. I also manage their mailing newsletter using Mailchimp, using mobile-responsive designs and media galleries. I designed the company logo, which included both an animated version and a print-friendly version.

My primary focus revolved around the development of content and product landing pages for Myer. This involved creating the page layout within the CMS, specifically using Acoustic. Once the pages were constructed, we placed them on the staging environment for production verification testing (PVT). In cases where errors occurred, I took the initiative to investigate and provide detailed reports.Additionally, I played a role in managing the content management system’s storage by removing outdated pages that were no longer relevant to our ongoing projects. I also expanded my responsibilities by acquiring new skills, such as exporting designs using Sketch for various screen resolutions. Furthermore, I began to delve into designing elements like banners and images with overlaid text, specifically tailored for different screen resolutions.Fundamentally, I also learned how to set up Sketch files, streamlining the process for other designers to make minor changes that would reflect across all images for a particular section, eliminating the need to edit each one individually.

At Finance Family I liaised with several digital marketing companies to design and execute the marketing strategy. I built and maintained the Finance Family and the Conveyancing Family websites - using modern web technologies like Vue, Nuxt, Tailwind CSS. I was also responsible for maintaining the website for JK Finance, which was built on WordPress. I created all the content for the social media posts and videos. I wrote the scripts for informative video snippets, which were personally reviewed by the Finance Family Director, Tony Van De Kerkhof. Once approved, I set up equipment and lighting to film the brokers. I was responsible for creating vector-based animations for online seminars. The process began by creating storyboards using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects to animate the content frame by frame. After post-production, it was sent for approval to the Director before publishing.

At Juno, I designed several informative animations to provide accessible financial advice for women in Australia. I worked closely with the Director to draft, review and publish the scripts for each animation. Once approved, I created the storyboards both in colour and black & white. I would then animate the storyboards using After Effects.
