Description: The CBA Computer Labs at the University of Akron is a technology department which provides technical support and infrastructure to the College of Business Administration. CBA Computer Labs provide students with almost 290 personal computers, laptops and resources to facilitate a rich learning experience for students. I focused extensively towards creating and maintaining a quality assurance schedule for the computer lab images and handled laptop maintenance, making sure both hardware and software issues were addressed in a timely manner.• Performed regular system testing to ensure stability of the laptops and the All-in-Ones.• Implemented software installations and performed frequent updates to enhance the user experience and software performance. • Maintained logs regarding software licensing, expiration and renewal dates and reported it on a timely basis. • Probed the system for bugs and made sure the systems are apt to support student requirements.• Coordinated the image testers’ schedule to ensure that updates and fixes are implemented in a timely manner.• Worked with Microsoft Visio to draw lab layouts to facilitate lab assistants to follow the task completion status and coordinate accordingly.• Worked with a team and executed computer imaging on the systems using the Ghost Disk Imaging software.• Hardware troubleshooting- provided technical support for hardware issues at the student and teaching stations.• Developed a good understanding of the Agile development methodology.• Gained proficiency towards communicating and performing well in a team environment
