Job Description:Process involves in handling complete HR process, functional specifications like Onboarding/Joining formalities, Reference Check (Back Ground Verification), Employee Data Maintenance, Vendor Management, HR Payroll Process , Confirmation letter Process, Employee Transfer (Offshore & Onshore), Leave Management, Employee Insurance Process, Employee Exit, Employee Help Desk and preparing monthly quarterly and annual report for Employee Time sheet, Attendance report and other MIS reportsJob Responsibilities: On boarding: Execution of company on boarding process for new joinees. End to End Background Verification of new joiners, reporting , validating and raising invoice for BV and include Vendor agreement renewal and SLA adherence HR Payroll Input processing Responsible for employee variable pay and salary increment process. Employee Data Maintenance: End to End employee life cycle data management. Responsible for the employee transition (transfer) process both for the onsite and offshore transition and for the relocation administration Handling and supporting for Medical insurance queries and co-ordinate with the vendor for day today's update on insurance. Exit Process: To ensure exit formalities are completed for all exit cases on time.(End to End Process) Co- ordinate for transfers in, transfer out., reporting manager change, location change etc and execute the process formalities on time Monthly MIS: - Updating database regularly and preparation of monthly MIS report like Head Count, Time Sheet, Attendance, Vendor Data Management, Recruitment MIS reports etc. SPOC for all the internal and external audits related to HR. Update HR policy and SOP addendum. Signs the Confidentiality Agreement and the Exit Clearance form. Marinating internal referral employee resume data base
