Responsible for the health of Solarwinds Orion monitoring tool and infrastructure. Working closely with onshore and suggest areas of improvement for smooth monitoring of both Main polling engine and Additional polling engines. Review and modify monitoring thresholds as per client requirement. Proactive audit and correction of alert rules, as and when required to streamline monitoring and alerting. Develop custom SAM templates using PowerShell and SQL queries to implement monitoring as per client. Deployment of servers, regular and custom applications into SolarWindsmonitoring infrastructure. Doing regular patch updates and upgrade of SolarWinds environment to the latest releases including NPM, NTA, SAM, and WPM. Creating and scheduling weekly custom reports as per client requirement

Installation & configuration of Tivoli 6.x RTEMS & TEMA's Installation & configuration of Firewall Gateways between the RTEMS & TEMAs Creating situations & generating test alerts to check if they are producing desired results or not Creating various MSLs for assigning situations  Enabling historical data collection Proactive monitoring of Tivoli firewall gateways through customized workspace Troubleshooting any issues on RTEMS & TEMAs Working on various high & medium priority tickets during on-call support.
