 Working as manager in cross functional environment and providing technical guidance (Electrical) to all functional teams (crane, non-crane, substation, steel plant, process industries, spares, revamping, health checkups etc.) in company.  Full Technical evaluation of tender document and assist marketing team for precise Bill of Material & cost estimation of the project. Preparation of Electrical drawing & Specification like SLD, Scheme drawing, cable schedule, I/O LIST, PLC configuration diagram, installation drawings, equipment layouts, sensor list, earthing layouts, logic diagrams, operation philosophy etc. Selection of Cable, Motor, Transformer, earthing material, battery, switchgears, VCB/ACBs, illumination, VVVF drives, Radio Remote Controller, Weighing system, control panels, Load list, MCC schedule, limit switches, PLC, Down Shop Line, cable tray, lugs, glands, etc. Highly experience in motor sizing, cable sizing, panel components selection, light fittings selection, Earting material calculation, Hazardous area electrical component selection, Lightning equipment calculation wireless communication, Air conditioner selection, etc.  Co-ordination & collaborate with contractor / supplier to clear pre-order stage offers & approve scheme drawing after order placement.  Provide technical guidance to other department like purchase, QA, Testing team & site  Conduct internal training (OJT) for other electrical group in design department & various other departments of company. Technical discussion with vendors, clients, consultants / TPA and statutory approving authorities.  Part of the technical team, which give recommendation for amendment in IS. Part of core group for implementation of various quality processes (5S, ISO, TPM etc.)

 Selection of electrical components in Fire Detection and protection system, CO2 Gas flooding system for thermal power plant, oil & gas industries, Heavy industries etc. Preparation and checking of Electrical layouts, schematic diagrams, Logic Diagrams, control system architecture, cable tray layout and power cable layout etc. Designing and inspection of PLC based Control panel & it’s wiring diagram, cable sizing calculations, UPS Calculation, Battery sizing calculation, integration of SCADA system with FDA system etc. Preparation of Technical Datasheet for Electrical & Instrumentation items - Motors, Field & safety devices and other instruments / equipment’s required for Fire Detection and protection system.  Preparation of BOM, cable schedule, MR, PLC Input \ output list, etc.

 Detail engineering of all Electrical components used for Hot dip galvanizing plant, flux regeneration unit etc. Design, Inspection, testing, erection and commissioning of Electrical panel used in furnace, regeneration unit. Preparation of BOM, Cable Schedule, Material Indent, PO, Technical Manuals etc.
