Area of exposure: - .1) Preparation of Quality documents (Data book, service manual, Operating manual, Testing manual).2) Product knowledge of the API 6A, API 16A, ASME products.3) Preparation of the document data packages of the API products containing COC of the products, test reports of each & every child parts, NDT reports like UT, MPI of the standard given child parts.4) Preparation of the various dimensional reports of the various products in customers as well as in our company formats.5) Introductory knowledge of the NDT methods such as MPI, UT etc.6) Filtration of the system data from various formats such as Microsoft Excel, & Ms office in a such a way that it is readily under stable & easy to use.7) Verification of final products with required specifications.8) Ensuring internal audit.9) Communication with client regarding complaint received.
