 Operational checks of Valves status prior to cargo loading and discharge operation and ensure readiness on commencement and completion of cargo from shore to ship and vice versa. Monitoring of SPM Telemetry System for smooth and safe operation; Mooring Hawser Load, Environmental Condition, Product Pressure & Temperature, Operation & status of PLEM Valves, Surge System, Navigational Aids, Hydraulic Power Unit and Solar Power Generation ETC Maintaining daily logs/records of activities during Tanker berthing, Tanker loading/discharge operations and keeping records of all documents related to Cargo operations. Filing of BLs in to their assigned file/folder to ensure all the documents are safe and accessible for references and proper planning & control. Hourly re-conciliation of cargo figures between shore and ship. Ensure that the difference between Loading / discharge quantity from terminal and onboard quantity at Vessel is within acceptable range. Mobilizing of crafts for berthing operation prior to Tanker arrival at the terminal also follow up with the craft to carry out the operation and minimize down time while taken safety in to consideration; Line handling Boat, Hose handling Boat, Transportation of Terminal Team to & fro (Mooring Master, Loading Master, Mooring Team and Surveyor).

* SPM (CALM BUOY) and subsea pipeline installation, Pipeline Pigging Operation, Floating & Under Buoy Hoses Assembly, Installation of Telemetry System Equipment.* I keep records of all documents related to offshore project and SPMs. Filing of project DPRs, LPRs, LPOs, vendors CAs and SPM inspection reports in to their assigned file/folder to ensure all the documents are safe and accessible for references and proper planning & control.* Preparation of checklists and related documents for SPM’s Operation and Maintenance. Hose connection / disconnection, Tanker Berthing / Un-berthing operation.* Preparing of Technical Comparative Analysis for offshore related projects / Contracts. Compared technical proposal for Vendors / Contractors in order to find the one that meets our requirements without varying the quality and standards.* Receiving / taking records of newly supplied materials after collection from warehouse and also to make sure the materials are supplied according to the LPR raised and PO issued to the vendors. The record is always updated to know the available quantity in stock.*Periodic Inspection and maintenance of SPM spares. All the materials are inspected regularly to ensure the materials are well kept and arranged properly without causing any damage that will lead to quality deformation.
