• Pre approval activities for complete credit services for Middle East region• Run a highly efficient Credit function using applications like HUB (HSBC Universal banking)• Processing of judgmental and categorized credit applications using CARM Software• Facilitate the corporate customers to set up limits after the security documentation checks for various tangible and intangible securities as per negotiations with the relationship manager.• Prioritizing on the urgent work requests from business units and ensuring completion on time• Responsible for SELI validation for Middle East Region• Run Batch reports in CARM and receive number of working SELI's for individual day.• Involved in SELI (security documentation and limit loading queues) Phase 1 and Phase 2 process• Responsible for reducing the limits and amend the securities as advised in CARM• Loading the limits and securities as advised in FOL• Extract files from GWIS, check extracted documents and update securities and loading limits on HUB server• Notify customers to share renewed Insurance policy (ANP) for expired securities.• Generate daily Hyperion report to intimate RM's on expiring securities.• Prepare and send MI report to onshore team on number of SELI's worked.• Generate and share EOD reports to CCS team.• Generate Monthly reports like, GLEAM (Regulatory Report), FOL Overdue, ISD/ISM, Share Valuation

• To ensure trades are instructed to custodians within deadlines• To ensure all money market and FX transactions are confirmed• To ensure all trades are settle depending on the currency cut-off timing and resolved in a timely manner• Will ensure confirmation matching for FX transactions within settlement of FX, as well as long form confirmation and reconciliations for FX products• understand the full booking processes for products supported by the global FX operations team and provide full support to the relevant trading areas• To investigate and resolve reconciliations breaks• Main responsibilities will focus on confirmation matching for FX transactions using the swift accord system like; Swift code 202 Swift code 103 Swift code 292 Swift code 202+202 Swift code 103+202• To liaise with front office, counterparties and custodians where required• The trades are settled according to the client confirmation where the payments are released within the currency cut-off
