The purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate a team in providing a holistic administrative business service to the Sandvik Head Office. The focus of this role is to establish, develop and maintain operational procedures and guidelines to facilitate support to an office, department and other organisational groups. Some of the main responsibilities which I have are to:- Target setting in line with overall company policies, procedures and business plans. - Provide a comprehensive administrative service to customers including assistance with travel insurance, visas, effective communication in times of overseas travel crisis. - Build, guide and influence customer relationships and rapport with both internal and external customers. - Engage in the Sandvik Safety first culture. To adopt and apply Sandvik Core values in all business and personal dealings. Raise purchase orders and requisitions with the SAP NetWeaver system, verify and approve associated invoices that are raised through the Administration department. - From April, 2016 I was promoted from PA/ Senior office administrator to Administration Team Leader where I acquired and recruited a team to form the Admin Team. - Negotiating and setting up corporate rate agreements with associated suppliers, recruitment agencies etc. Coordinate inductions and work experience placements.

I was working in Thailand as an ESL teacher for IES Global. I was responsible for young learners, my responsibilities included creating innovative lesson plans for English, Maths and Science lessons; teaching the lessons using multimedia such as projectors, presentation slides and the use of educational games.
