I worked there as a business analyst to analyze the business process and procedures. I am doing a project to analyze the customer service support done by Tech one solution. I am working to make a dashboard system which represent the positive customer feedback and the ways to improve the tech business. I am also responsible to make reports which represents how the business is going. Using Power Bi tool to make visuals according to user requirement. Making detailed report to provide business overview. Identify and define the solutions that will maximize the value delivered by an organization to its stakeholders.Identify business need and recommend suitable solution.

Work with data analyst to analyze the datasets, making visuals, working on the feedback to make changes. Produce the product that fulfill the requirement of Helping Hand standard. Making report to analyze the business structure. Do meeting regularly to determine the user stories. Customize the colors, text and images according to Helping Hand standard. Look for errors and make detailed report to look for the improvement in current business operation. Influencing stakeholder to support business project. Leading project and coordinating with team to produce better project outcome. Testing business processes and recommending improvements. Use As-Is and To-Be plan to analyze the how business operating using current procedures and get an overview what are the changes required.

I completed a project in Federation University to Analyze the Business disruption in Australia due to Covid-19.My duties including: Collecting and analyzing dataset of Australian Government which represents specific businesses that are affecting by covid-19. Make a dashboard system to analyze the business disruption in Australia. Worked on SAP Lumira discovery to manipulate and visualize the datasets. Use Power Bi tool to make dashboard system to provide visual insight about businesses disrupted in Australia. Analyze and differentiate disruption in small or big businesses in Australia. Use Microsoft team to communicate and pass information in team. Also, Worked as a Documentation Manager to provide reports and create meeting minutes. Use Scrum methodology to facilitate the project. Develop user stories to articulate the delivery of the product to customer. Use Power Bi tool to get the prediction forecast of future analysis of business disruption. Use My SQL to make data models and assigning primary and secondary keys in the system. The dashboard system provides following insights:• Changes in revenue for businesses in the past few months due to the pandemic• Projected changes in revenue for the next year• Changes in operating expenses in the past few months and expected changes in operating costs in the future• Impact of Covid 19 on employment in business• Impact of teleworking and its uptake during the COVID 19 pandemic on businesses• Impact of supply chain disruptions in businesses during the pandemic• Projections of impacts in terms of revenue, employment, teleworking and supply chain disruptions in the next year if the pandemic continues.
