August 2012- worked as a VET Trainer and Assessor for Certificate 4 in Aged care , duties are:• Provide detailed unit/module outlines, assessment guidelines and tools, for students and trainees• Deliver Face to face training/assessment in various environments or setting, including: classrooms, workshops, workplace, industry, in the field, distance mode.• Marking of assessments• Development and administration of suitable assessment tasks appropriate to qualification/course requirements• Comply with organizational requirements for the completion of records, including attendance and results records, within specified timelines • Monitor and review program activity and standards to ensure funding guidelines are met and comprehensive records of participation and outcomes are kept • Maintain strong links with other staff, ensuring all activity is complementary and utilizes the existing knowledge, expertise, resources and industry• Undertaking ongoing, self-directed, professional development in both industry specialization and VET to ensure that training, skills and knowledge are continuously updated and reflect current industry standards and practices as per the requirements of the Australian Qualifications Training Framework (AQTF) and National Training Standards.
