As a data engineer at HCL America since December 2021, I have been performing ETL using synapse pipeline and synapse notebook, extracting, transforming, and loading data from various source systems to Azure Data Storage services using Azure Data Factory and Snowflake, and enhancing, fixing, and updating an automation tool that involves Logic app, azure data factory, SQL and Kusto databases, and azure functions. I have a master's degree in electrical and computer engineering from Concordia University, where I gained a solid foundation in data analysis, machine learning, and software engineering. I also hold a SnowPro Core Certification, which demonstrates my proficiency in Snowflake cloud data platform.In my current role, I use my skills in Sql server, azure synapse analytics, Azure Databricks, Kusto Query Language (KQL), and other cloud and ETL technologies to create pipelines, write functions and procedures, and ingest and process data in various Azure services. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists, who share my passion for delivering high-quality data solutions that support the business objectives and needs of our clients. I am always eager to learn new tools and techniques, and to contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of our data engineering practices.
