This led to the department ,and more importantly, the institute being given a 2 year CPE stamp to function as a private education provider.CONTENT DELIVERYI improved and administered methods in teaching and assessment of the General English and Business English courses for the various proficiency levels. This was supplemented by activities beyond the curriculum, with the intent of personal development. As such, every class has achieved an 80% passing rate.COMMUNICATIONHaving to communicate thoughts clearly when dealing with different cultures, backgrounds and ages, I have grown comfortable building relationships with colleagues and students.
