- Direct report to the Chief Sustainability Officer of Wells Fargo & Company to manage the governance and board-level, C-suite, and regulatory reporting needed to measure progress against Wells Fargo's climate and Net Zero goals.- Led the bank’s response to ESG-related regulations and resolved a high-rated audit issue pertaining to ESG laws (e.g., California’s climate laws, EU’s CSRD, and SEC’s climate-related disclosure rule) – this included bringing together large, cross-functional teams, and identifying everything needed to comply with these new laws, along with technology selection, to build a strong control environment.- Managed the production, executive approval, and board review of 2022 ESG Report, CDP Survey, and the 2023 TCFD Report; improved controls and resolved multiple audit issues.- Pioneered the establishment of financed emissions (Scope 3) infrastructure to set sectoral targets, including the first public disclosure of its kind for Oil & Gas and Power sectors in May 2022.

- Delivered deficiency-free living wills, stress scenarios, and high-quality exam responses required by the Dodd-Frank Act by improving controls and executive accountability. This significant achievement came in the wake of two back-to-back failures immediately prior to my leadership of an 800-member matrixed team. - As an additional role to my core job, built the operating model and overall strategy to reduce carbon dioxide and other Green House Gas (GHG) emissions by companies funded by the bank that translate into disclosure, targets. and reporting to reduce climate risk – this includes vendor identification, commercial negotiations, onboarding, and management of multiple data/technology partners as well as execution against Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

- Reduced expenses by ~$200 million through detailed cost analysis of general ledger and nontraditional data for a portfolio of company-wide, business transformation initiatives, such as application rationalization, sourcing transformation, data science capability, and modernization of print technology and processes that laid the foundations for digital customer communication. - Developed and executed a new operating model for innovation and product development to use emerging healthcare technologies in partnership with the Chief Medical Officer and COOs

- Managed 30x offshore growth over nine years in four countries including vendor and location strategy in a key leadership role. - Set up and managed 500+ member teams at greenfield, multi-site Centers of Excellence such as Analytics (100 FTE), Finance & Accounting (350 FTE), and Capital Markets (150 FTE).- Executed repatriation of work and orderly exit from three of the four countries (Costa Rica, Mexico, and the Philippines) that impacted 8,000 employees and represented the largest insourcing move of its kind.

- Received highest level recognition for improving customer experience (+10%), productivity (+15%) by unifying workflow technology, delivering training, and streamlining the organization structure.- Plugged $25 million revenue loss by improved underwriting; rebuilt severely strained executive relationships between U.S. and India entities – presented this Black Belt project to GE’s CEO.

- Key leader in a start-up; developed new products and go-to-market strategy working closely with venture capital firms to commercialize Indian language applications for federal and local governments, corporations, and consumers.

- Led institutional sales for Western India region tripling previous year’s sales with an 8% market share gain. Also managed local launch of new products, retail, and rural sales in Northern/Western India.
