*As a csr my duties were to manage presciption drug plans for medco clients. *Educate patients on their prescription drug plans, *sell medco services to patients as needed, *handle collections and take payments on patient's current or past due accounts, *order meds for patients thru medco's mail service pharmacy, *resubmit direct reimbursement claims for patients, *advise pt's on the status of reimbursement claims and mail service orders. *As a pcr i worked with medco's specialty pharmacy taking calls from the patients to order and schedule deliveries of their specialty meds , and from doctor offices to call in the rx's for the meds, working closely with pharmacists to get the rx's in and ready to be filled and shipped to the pt or to the dr's office. as well as all of the above.

*Manage store locations as asigned, *run shifts, *make and or take daily and nightly deposits of the stores daily sales, *contain labor, food, and other operating costs, *recruit and hire staff for the store as required, *monthly p&l estimates, *payroll, weeks end sales and expendatures, *monthly evaluations of staff, training and up training of staff.
