The last 4 years I've developed skills entering into the industry as a Scientist in:• GLP Compliant Assays — electrochemiluminescence immunoassays, cartridge-based immunoassay, Quanterix Simoa based assay and ELISA. Performing validation and sample analysis following SOPs, methods, and plans. Familiar with instrument like MESO Sector S600, Ella & Simple Plex, Simoa, and Microplate reader.• Antibody and reagent preparation — purify and label Ruthenium by a size exclusion purification column to isolate the protein. Prepare wash buffer, read buffer, or assay solutions.• Data Report —preparing and reviewing data packages and reports on time. Support Quality Assurance staff to review data, methods, and reports. Key role to prepare final data tables by using LIMS Watson, SoftMax and MS Excel.•
