I am a Software Support Specialist at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, a leading provider of enterprise solutions for the automotive industry. I support and troubleshoot the ERA applications, which include Business, Accounting and Payroll, and Retail Management Intelligence (RMI) modules. I have completed four product certifications in these modules, showing my proficiency and dedication to delivering high-quality service to our clients.I have a strong background in Computer Science, with an Associate of Science degree from Columbia College, Vancouver BC. I have developed skills in C++, HTML, JavaScript, and Python, as well as SQL database administration and quality assurance.
