CurrentHeading Global People Services for EricssonResponsible for execution of end-to-end HR Global Operations for Ericsson employees across 130 countries• People leader (part of Ericsson People Leadership team) with over 500 HC in the org responsible to manage people processes for 100,000 Ericsson employees globally. • Planning and Delivery of Hire to Retire HR processes including Recruitment, Rewards, International Mobility, Time & Payroll, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Reporting & Analytics and Transformation Strategy towards Continuous improvements. • Team Engagement, Development, Business Continuity & Succession planning • Budget management -HC & Financial Management • Globalization & standardization of process & technology with careful localization considerations • Develop & deploy Quality Monitoring frameworks as well as stakeholder governance frameworks. • Lead identification of global improvement/ simplification projects through data driven insights, data quality controls as well as governance model & guide execution through project managers in collaboration with People Business Partners• Deploying Compliance related initiatives & process Controls
