For TenneT TSO (government, +/- 8000 employees), as an internal communications consultant I was mainly rewriting, structuring and unifying technical content. I was the consultation and contact person for various IT teams and (other) communication advisors. Content had to be (re)written and made understandable for end users / internal employees (at B1 language level). I published the content (in HTML) in various content management systems (Umbraco, SharePoint and TOPdesk). IT teams I supported in communicating their project developments and ongoing issues included: 'Workplace Services', 'Service Desk IT', 'Unified Communications', 'Process Management', 'Identity & Access Management (IAM)' and the 'Security Operations Center (SOC)'. As a spider in the web, I helped these IT teams create functional and user-friendly content. This involved communication about (major) incidents, changes, knowledge sharing and newsletters. My role here was mainly the coordination with stakeholders, editing/writing of communication (making technical content relevant and understandable) and the distribution/publication on the intranet and service portal.
