Programme manager of the four year research program 'Military-Maritime Operations Managment in Transition', which MARIN carries out in cooperation with TNO for the Netherlands Ministry of Defence. This program aims to develop a VR environment to design and validate new organisational maritime concepts that enables the Royal Netherlands Navy to operate the future fleet with a smaller staff and effectively integrate autonomous assets.

As Strategy Expert I coordinated the update of the corporate vision and strategy 2035, acted as a policy advisor to the board, composed LVNL’s tower control vision, represented LVNL in the Schiphol Airport Taskforce Masterplan and was as a member of the internal and extern governance working group in the integration program of military air traffic control services within LVNL.

As training and human factors expert, I participated in various change projects with the aim to further improve LVNL's Air Traffic Management system. As R&D engineer in NLR, I have worked in the full width of the training domain. As project and program manager, I managed project teams, worked for various (international) clients, wrote proposals, project plans and progress reports. As a training consultant I designed training plans and curricula, analysed training needs, developed learning strategies, developed training packages, selected and specified training media.

As knowledge manager I contributed to unlocking ING’s knowledge on doing business in the EU by establishing communities of practice, maintaining an intranet site, answering questions on financial EU topics and connecting professionals inside and outside the organization.
