Sell top name industrial boiler, compressor air and pumping systems, as well as a range of mechanical services, service agreements, and products within a defined territory. Develop and implement a business plan/account plan to meet individual sales goals. Provide sales activity/forecasting reports for products and services sold monthly, quarterly and annually. Calculate track and report detailed win/loss information. Track all sales full-cycle, ensuring quality and thorough customer service is provided from ramp-up through post implementation support. Serve as a point of escalation for issues or activities that a customer may encounter during product or service utilization. Expedite the resolution of customer problems/complaints. Prepare and present technical/product presentation and demonstrations. Support marketing activities by representing the organization, its products, services and solutions. within member associations, trade shows, and events. Provide management with feedback regarding the need for future products, services and solutions as identified through my field work. Contribute to quarterly and annual business forecasting by providing account trends and sharing future client needs.

Promote and sell HVAC products utilizing B2B selling. Increased customer relationships through target email marketing and consistent one on one business meetings.

Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers as needed. Determine ancillary product needs/relationships that complement existing core products.
